Commissions
In order to receive a commission on Affiliate’s account, the client must complete the order form and complete the full payment for the service. Commissions will be paid to Affiliates only on sales that occur when the customer (your referral) clicks on qualified, properly structured referral links. Correctly encoded links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate. The commissions can be viewed on the Affiliate account page.

Once you sign up with our affiliate program you get passive income for LifeTime. This means that each of your referrals will continue to accumulate commissions until it remains a payer.

Payments
The affiliate can request a payment when its balance reaches a minimum balance of 100 euros. Payments may be required every 30 days. Processing of payments may take up to 30 days from the date of the request. Payments are usually paid through PayPal. You will be charged a 10% charge at the source!

Refunds
In the event that a customer (your referral) requests a refund of the transaction amount for which the Affiliate has received commissions, the commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate balance.

Usage and obligations
Affiliates have the right to use the marketing resources available in the Marketing section. The logo and other assets can not be changed. The Affiliate does not win a trademark, copyright, or other rights in such materials.

Affiliate will never imply that it acts on behalf of Osignals and will never advertise directly the services of Osignals. Affiliate will never apply for ads that compete with Osignals.

The Affiliate will never present itself, Osignals, or its relationship with Osignals in a fake or misleading way.

The Partner will not participate in the distribution of spam that is mentioned or refers to Osignals.

Term and Termination
Each party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without notice.

If the affiliate terminates the agreement, no additional commissions from Osignals for past or future customer transactions are paid.

If Osignals decides to terminate the agreement any balance greater than EUR 100 will be paid to Affiliate within 60 days of termination. Balances less than 100 euros will be detained.

Modification
We may change some of the terms of this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures, and Partner Program policies.
